Officers and Directors

Our most valuable resource is our people. These individuals serve as division or department heads as well as mentors in their respective areas. Below is a brief description of the roles served by each to make Asset Marketing Services an industry leader.

Nick Bruyer
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Nick Bruyer started his career creating marketing campaigns for several coin marketers and purchased his former employer's operation and inventory. Mr. Bruyer initiated the company's double-digit growth into premier collectibles and memorabilia as well as high-end consumer products, transitioning the company into a complete marketing services solution for direct response clients.
Bill Luth
President

As President of Asset Marketing Services, Bill Luth’s focus is on developing goals, and action plans to accomplish the mission and vision of the company. He is responsible for the daily operations of all AMS companies and assists the CEO with development and implementation of strategies for continued growth. In this role Bill leads and mentors our senior management group in achieving the company's strategic plan. Mr. Luth has a diverse 20 plus years’ experience in Direct Marketing. His career has progressed from Accounting & Finance, through Marketing, Creative, Telemarketing, Operations, Merchandising & Inventory, to General Management. He has applied a disciplined and analytic focus towards improving profitability/growth in all areas. Prior to joining AMS, Mr. Luth held leadership positions at Catalogers, Fingerhut, Lands’ End, The Sportsman’s Guide, J.C. Whitney, and Home Depot.
Robert Epping
Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer

Robert Epping is responsible for managing all the daily operational accounting functions within the finance department. He manages the operational accounting areas of the company’s business and acts as the main contact for accounting systems, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate internal controls through policies, procedures and management involvement.
John Kenerson
Chief Operating Officer

John Kenerson is responsible for directing the IT, Inbound Call Center, Customer Administration, and Fulfillment functions to help the business units meet or exceed their service level and profit goals. John has managed direct-to-consumer distribution operations and mail order catalog businesses ranging in size from $65M - $700M in annual revenues.
Randy Geyen
Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Randy Geyen is responsible for setting the marketing strategy, and overseeing the marketing functions for Asset Marketing Services. This includes customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation activities. Customer lifecycle management at AMS ranges from ensuring that new customers meet cost per name and lifetime value criteria to the management of customer segments for outbound telemarketing to maximize backend name value. Mr. Geyen is responsible for marketing across all company divisions and channels. He is also responsible for creative/advertising for First Federal Coin Corp.
Mike Bisceglia
President NeXtten/Stauer LLC

Mike Bisceglia is the president of Nextten/ Stauer LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMS. Mr. Bisceglia is responsible for overseeing the growth of this division via direct response advertising in print and electronic media. He also takes a direct role in creating business plans and overseeing product development, creative and media buying for targeted campaigns and projects.
Joe Braun
Vice President of Human Resources

As the company’s senior HR professional, Joe Braun provides advice, recommendations, information and services that ensure the conservation, development, utilization and well-being of our people. He also provides expertise in strategic planning, compensation, benefits development and administration, recruitment, training and management development and support.
Tom Rivers
Director of IT

Tom Rivers is the Director of Information Technology (IT). Prior to joining Asset in 2006, Tom worked for Archway Marketing Services, in the Consumer Fulfillment Division, leading the IT Department. Before that he held a variety of leadership positions at Young America Corporation, MidAmerica Mutual Life and Business Information Services. When he’s not making sure the technology infrastructure is in place to meet the company’s needs, he can be found at his hobby farm coping with a large ox named Norman.
Terry Smith
Director of Fulfillment

Terry Smith is the point person for maintaining the best possible fulfillment and warehouse operations in the industry by continually upgrading our technologies, equipment and procedures. He manages the fulfillment processes to not only meet the objective of our clients, but to exceed them. Making sure the company delivers its product commitments that meet or exceed our customer expectations in a timely fashion is central to Terry’s mission.
Stephanie Teig
Director of Advertising and Creative Services

Stephanie Teig leads the Creative Services team at headquarters. She has 16 years of experience in advertising and marketing communications, focusing on the areas of creative design, copywriting, branding, and e-commerce. Stephanie has worked with Carlson Marketing, Target, Fingerhut and American Express. Outside of work, Stephanie turns her creativity loose through music, interior design and coming up with new ways to wrangle her four kids.
Rose Althoff
Director of Inventory and Purchasing

Rose Althoff leads purchasing, inventory control and incoming supply chain logistics for Asset Marketing Services. She brings 18 years experience in supply chain operations and importing in the wholesale gift industry. Her mission focus is to build a solid supply chain planning process, incorporating forecast resources, technology and best practices to ensure Asset customers a premium service experience in product delivery and quality.
Mitch Gleeman
Vice President - Controller

Mitchell Gleeman prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements, for the guidance of management. He is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of it fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. He is a C.P.A and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
Bob Wilkie
Director of Marketing

Bob first began his career at The Sportsman’s Guide where he was taught direct marketing by our own Bill Luth. During his 5 years there he was in charge of every aspect of the marketing department at one time or another. After Sportsman’s Guide, he moved to Best Buy and spent 5 years working on direct marketing and website initiatives. Bob then moved to Target.Direct and worked on the old Rivertown catalog titles that were re-launched under the Marshal Fields name. After the division was closed, he moved on to North American Affinity Clubs. Managing the new customer acquisition on three of their clubs. From there he moved to The Washington Mint and was responsible for transitioning the company into Collectible America before joining AMS.
Bob's responsibilities are to oversee the relationship with Odyssey Marine Exploration, as well as the coin catalog, financial newsletters, and direct mail pertaining to coins.
Bob enjoys doing home improvement projects and spending time with his family.
